Edward B. Patton
career began in 1976 upon his graduation from the University of Texas
with a BBA in Accounting. His experience has included public
accounting, private company controller positions, investment banking
and corporate financial advisory services.

than 20 years,
Mr. Patton has been providing investment banking and financial advisory
services to businesses ranging from start-ups to mid-sized companies.
Prior to his investment banking experience and financial advisory
practice, he worked in public accounting and as a controller for
privately owned businesses.
- In 1994,
after 10 years
with a boutique investment banking firm, in which he was a shareholder,
he started his corporate financial advisory practice. During this time,
Mr. Patton developed and refined a unique financial reporting process
that has become an essential part of his client’s financial and
