Edward B. Patton

Mr. Patton’s accounting and financial career began in 1976 upon his graduation from the University of Texas with a BBA in Accounting. His experience has included public accounting, private company controller positions, investment banking and corporate financial advisory services.

Career Highlights

  • For more than 20 years, Mr. Patton has been providing investment banking and financial advisory services to businesses ranging from start-ups to mid-sized companies. Prior to his investment banking experience and financial advisory practice, he worked in public accounting and as a controller for privately owned businesses.
  • In 1994, after 10 years with a boutique investment banking firm, in which he was a shareholder, he started his corporate financial advisory practice. During this time, Mr. Patton developed and refined a unique financial reporting process that has become an essential part of his client’s financial and business operations.
  • Mr. Patton has CPA and NASD Series 7 licenses under which he no longer practices and therefore does not keep active.
