What Does it Do?

The underlying purpose of CSFM is to provide businesses with basic financial reports from which decision makers, advisors and subordinates can rapidly assimilate, with confidence, key financial information.

CSFM allows for a unique, brief and clear view of

  • Cash flow
  • Strength (or weakness) of the balance sheet (re: liquidity)
  • Loan borrowing capacity
  • Drivers of shareholder value
  • Financial performance as compared to prior years &/or budgets

Experience has shown that, too often, the above financial concepts are inadequately articulated in most existing financial reports.   CSFM was designed to resolve this problem.
